We are a group of ordinary people that have moved from discussing about problems in our communities, to working together in order to fix them ourselves. We have developed systems that allow for people who start as strangers, to be able to cooperate with trust and respect. The process of uniting people into taking constructive community action is ART. That is exactly what an AntArtist is doing. This program provides a direct onboarding experience into the IDEA method. You will learn the core concepts of participatory decision making and transparency, while engaging with a gamified system of Seeds and Ants that rewards all contributions from all of us. The course requires no prior experience, just the will to act.
