Bridges of Unity: Connections Between Urban Societies and Eco-Communities

In collaboration with professors and students from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), we are organizing a series of three events focused on the development of urban communities and their connection with ecological communities in Greece and abroad. The events will include panel discussions with community leaders, workshops on sustainable living, and case studies of successful ecological community initiatives. Participants will explore how urban communities can adopt practices that support local sustainability projects and strengthen their relationships with rural ecological communities. The events aim to encourage interest in community-driven initiatives and offer ways for urban residents to transition to more sustainable, nature-connected lives. The ultimate goal is to create a network of communities that share resources, knowledge, and support, facilitating the development of sustainable living in both urban and rural environments.
